You may remember that Joel Osteen's wife, Victoria, had some sort of incident on a plane a while back that led to an apparent confrontation of sorts with a flight attendant. Osteen ended up leaving the plane voluntarily with her family. The claim being made by this flight attendant is not only ridiculous - it looks like a money grab...

"According to court documents, Brown claims that she suffers from anxiety and hemorrhoids because of the incident and said her faith was affected. She is also suing Osteen for medical expenses for counseling..."

Really? She has suffered from hemorrhoids and anxiety for 3 years and is just now suing. Honestly, I am not a big Joel Osteen supporter but this is stupid. Might I suggest this is just one of the many frivilous lawsuits that has corrupted our American judicial system... Plus, I had no idea you could sue for having hemorrhoids. If only I had know before now...

Actually Mrs. Osteen was fined by Federal Authorities $3000 for interfering with a Flight Crew, which is a felony.
ReplyDeleteSo although the lawsuit may seem to be ridiculous it is actually just bringing into the open what the Osteen's wished to remain hidden.
When you try to occupy a Spiritual Office but violate that Spiritual Office by your conduct and refuse to repent of it, then God will expose you for what you really are.
Actually the fine and the lawsuit are two different issues. The actions leading to the fine are one thing - suing someone because they gave you "hemorrhoids" is another.
